3. Material pressed arm hold the material tightened. While the uncoiler moves, the motor in the arm runs in opposite direction and faster, which guarantees the material hold tightly.
4. The hydraulic expansion of the uncoiler brought great convenience to the loading of material. The disk braking system improved the stability of uncoiler while stopping and protected the speed reducer and motor.
5. The straightener and feeder are designed on the same frame, powered by the same servo-motor, so the strip will be clamped more tighten and less sliding while feeding, the feeding accuracy and stability achieved. The height of the frame can be adjusted in case of the different height of the die.
